How long do I hire the hat for?

The cost of your hat hire covers a 1-week period.

When do I make payment for the hat?

We request that you make payment at the time of booking.

What if I am unable to come for an appointment?

All of our hire pieces are available to view online.

If you require any more details, pictures or would like to make a booking, simply drop us an email.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Hats can be hired up until the day of your event.

However, we only create one of each design, therefore we recommend coming well in advance of your event to ensure you have the full choice of the hire collection.

Do I pay a deposit?

A deposit of £100 cash is required prior to hire, usually upon collection, and is refunded upon safe return of the hat.

How do I know what angle to wear the hat?

If you have booked your hat online, we would be happy to provide a video call consultation with you to show you the best way to wear your hat. If you have booked your hat in the studio, we will show you at your appointment.
